Meet the Western One. They wear bolo ties to Balthazar and never need a reservation because they play poker with the maître d'. They know how to play ‘Oops I Did It Again’ on the harmonica and frequently use it as a party trick. They always have a slight suntan. They call their friends “kid” and their best friends “idiot”.
